First, go to Quick Game and put both controller 1 controller 2 on the team to the right. Then, when the game starts, just go to quit game. Then load up your 24/7. Play a challenge and your opponent can be controlled by controller 2.

All-Time Celtics Team - Block 100 shots.

All-Time Lakers Team - Steal the ball twenty times.

All-Time Sonics Team - Dish out 150 assists.

All-Time 76ers Team - Get 150 rebounds.

In a quick game, pick your home team, then start a virtual Slot Machine and you will get five random starters (unlocked and created team players can be used).

Then go to adjust lineup and sub a guy with a 90 something rating for a guy whos on your bench with a 60 rating. Do this as much as you need to take your friend to school.

Create a player for 24/7 mode using the names HUNT for the first name and 4TREASURE as the last name. Leave the entire name in capitals for best results.
