Cross check injury:
When you are on defense, get a lot of speed and run into the other player. When you run into him, press B immediately. if done correctly, the other player will slowly fall but it will be a penalty for Cross Checking instead of Roughing.
Easy interference:
When you are on defense, go behind the goalie and repeatedly tap A. You should fall, but when your team gets the puck it will be a penalty.
